Come and enjoy poolside yoga! Relax your mind while you stretch and strengthen your body! Yoga classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday mornings in June and July at 9:30 am. Brush Site Open
The Brush Site is open from 1 pm – 3 pm for yard waste. $1 for a small load & $2 for a large load. **DATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE!**
Lions 4-Wheeler & ATV Ride
Parkers Prairie Lions Club fundraiser for youth projects 4-wheeler & ATV Ride. Saturday, April 24th, 2021. Registration at 9 AM Ride begins at 10 AM. The ride begins at Olson Sports Highway 38 Parkers Prairie. Complimentary “to-go” lunch served 12-1 pm at Eagle Lake Church parking lot. $25.00 minimum donation to participate. Drivers must be at least 16 years old. Drivers & passengers under 18 must wear a helmet. All riders & drivers are asked to practice social distancing per the state of Minnesota COVID-19 Guidelines.

Now Hiring Pool Supervisors & Lifeguards for 2021!
The City of Parkers Prairie is hiring! Pool Supervisors need to be at least 18 years of age with experience working with children of all ages. Lifeguards need to be at least 16 years of age, are dependable, responsible, friendly, and enjoy working with others in an outdoor setting. We will hold Lifeguard Certification/Re-certification classes here in Parkers Prairie for Aquatic Center employees. Vote Tuesday November 3rd!
The general election for 2020 in-person voting takes place on Tuesday, November 3rd. Voting will take place in the City Hall training room, the same as previous elections. Please note that if you reside within the city limits your polls open at 7:00 am and end promptly at 8:00 pm. If you reside in Parkers Prairie Township your voting hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. If you are not registered to vote, don’t worry! Our election judges are here to help get you registered to vote!

Lions “Be Kind” Signs
The Parkers Prairie Lion’s Club has FREE Be Kind signs that can be displayed outdoors. If you would like one of these signs please contact Lion’s member Jim, at 218-639-5323.

Parkers Prairie Shooting Range
This facility is newly renovated and currently open to the public thanks to donations. The City asks that everyone follow the posted rules and show respect for the site. ONLY paper or cardboard targets may be used, and everyone must clean up their waste after using the range. If the posted rules are not being followed, the range will be shut down.
The shooting range is located on Parkers Road (follow West Lake Street around Lake Adley)

Hazardous Household Waste Collection Day
Friday, August 14, 2020 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Located at 56320 County Highway 46 Parkers Prairie. This is the safe way to dispose of old paint and other hazardous household products. For more information on the types of waste accepted, please call 21-998-4898. We thank Otter Tail County for making this yearly collection day possible!

Tent Camping at Lake Adley Park
Tent camping is permitted at Lake Adley Park. RV’s or campers are not allowed. Lake Adley Park, shelter, and facilities are for everyone to enjoy, and there is no fee for camping! There is a 2 night maximum on camping. Please be respectful to the property and please make sure garbage gets put in the trash can.
